• My 14 month old Cavalier will not eat any kind of dry dog food. Nor wet dog food. Then we got 2 puppies (Cavaliers) and my older dog ate all their food. I have tried every dry dog food that Petsmart and my local Stater Bros. Market sells. Annie would not eat any of them. But she will eat the NutriSource puppy Chicken & Rice formula. Anyway I will mail it to you so that the company can refund the money to you. Thank you for thinking of ways for us to get the price lowered. I actually did recommend your company to supply the High Quality Food, we both just happened to use the Eagle Pack. I am so glad that this worked out for everyone, your company was highly recommended by a competitor of yours who does the dog show circuit, about two years ago. You guys are indeed "Johnny on the spot" with the food orders and because of the delivery method it is ideal for elders or disabled persons in Zone 1. I know that the UPS guys are usually helpful in actually putting heavy items inside a door for special case deliveries although they are not supposed to do that, they were for me anyway. Excellent service by real people, and a superior web site with a superior collection of Highest Quality Canine Diet Foods, I would again recommend your company to anyone who uses shipping for their dog food needs.

• Wow, I ordered some dog food on the evening of the 21st and it was at my doorstep in the later morning of the 23rd. I like this service that you offer and will be doing much more business with you in the future!!! I will also spread the word to others. This really works well for me since I am 90 miles from the dealer that sell the Nutrisource brand dog food that I have been using. The price is a wash and I can order it from my chair and laptop.

• 11/19/07- Natural Planet is a great dog food for German Shepherd Dogs, as they tend to have sensitive digestive tracts. My dog's vet stated that she looked fabulous, as her coat and skin were perfect after eating Natural Planet for six months.
